We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing support through various communication channels including phone calls, emails, and live chats. Your primary responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive experience with every interaction.


You will be expected to listen actively to customers, assess their needs, and offer accurate information or solutions in a clear and professional manner. This may involve troubleshooting technical problems, processing service requests, guiding customers through procedures, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.


By providing timely and effective support, you will play a key role in building customer satisfaction and loyalty while upholding the company’s values and service standards.

Requisito

- 6 months call center experience

- High School Graduate/SHS Graduate

- Basic computer navigation skills

- good communication skills
