We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our Logistics Account team based in Banawa, Cebu City. The successful candidates will be responsible for assisting customers with shipment inquiries, tracking deliveries, and resolving logistics-related concerns in a timely and professional manner. This is 1 day hiring process!

This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals seeking to start a career in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry. Comprehensive training, coaching, and interview guidance will be provided throughout the application process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding shipments, deliveries, and logistics operations.
• Assist clients in resolving issues related to lost, delayed, or damaged parcels.
• Coordinate with partner departments to ensure efficient handling of customer requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving skills during all customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• At least Senior High School Graduate, College Level, or College Graduate.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong English communication and comprehension skills.
• Willing to work on-site in Banawa, Cebu City.
• Amenable to shifting schedules and weekend shifts if required.
