Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, strong customer service skills, familiarity with call center operations
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, problem-solving aptitude, team player
- Working Conditions: Comfortable in a call center environment handling multiple inquiries
