3. Calm and reassure customers, improving service quality and customer satisfaction.

4. When necessary, record customer inquiries and relay their needs to relevant departments for product optimization.

5. Inform customers about system and product changes to ensure they are updated on all major changes.

6. Perform other tasks as assigned by the leadership.
