- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product issues.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues efficiently.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication.
- At least 6 months BPO voice international experience
- Willing to work ONSITE
- At least 50 years old and below
- Willing to work graveyard shift/shifting schedule/weekends/holidays
