4. 负责社区活动的策划和执行，并根据活动结果及时调整。
5. 管理和监督日常运营活动。
6. 完成临时分配的任务。

• Responsible for the operation of job recruitment websites, company review, news and information updates, etc.
• Responsible for the daily management, active communication, and advertising review of the community.
• Responsible for proactively contacting corporate sales platforms for advertising space, membership and other works.
• Responsible for the planning and execution of community activities, and make timely adjustments based on the results of the activities.
• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operational activities.
• Carry out ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

• Preferably specializing in Marketing / Business Development and operations management or equivalent.
• Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin Language. 
• Have relevant online event planning experience and be familiar with online event planning and execution processes.
• Good interpersonal, communication, planning, and organizing skills.
