✔️ Support day-to-day operations across all areas (barbershop, retail, and haberdashery).

✔️ Track, maintain, and report on performance across all areas of the business.

✔️ Assist in scheduling, inventory management, and order coordination.

✔️ Handle customer inquiries, both online and in-person.

✔️ Coordinate and ensure smooth operations with suppliers and distributors.

✔️ Help manage and update internal databases and systems.

✔️ Conduct research and report on business trends and performance metrics.

✔️ Assist in organizing and executing marketing campaigns and promotions.

✔️ Provide administrative support to management, including document preparation and filing.

✔️ Contribute to continuous improvement and operational efficiency across all departments.

✅ Passion for men’s grooming and style.

✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.

✅ Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.

✅ Strong reporting, data analysis, and administrative skills.

✅ Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino.
