岗位职责：
1.根据公司整体战略和运营计划，制定和完善运营管理的各项规章制度，管理团队人员的日常工作，做好客户服务。
2.和上级、同事协作沟通，负责相关问题采集、后续答疑和回复跟进的工作。
3.协同研发部门输出专业的行业资讯、技术解读和产品相关内容，吸引核心用户群体。
4.与客户就项目内容与细节确定进行良好有效的沟通，按照客户要求及时进行调整，快速解决客户的问题。
岗位要求：
1.本科及以上学历，专业不限，市场营销、传播、计算机信息技术相关专业优先。
2.良好的英语能力，口语和读写流利
3.有科技型和信息技术服务相关行业的运营经验优先。
4.有成功的客户服务经验，对用户需求有深刻洞察的能力。
5.出色的团队管理和跨部门协作能力，具备战略规划和执行力。
