Descrição:
- Organizing and monitoring the different shift schedules of operations: From Team Leaders to Live hosts to Operators.
- Will Support the Operation Leaders to coordinate with the clients
- Assisting the Operations with the development and implementation of brand strategies to strengthen the company's market position and achieve business objectives.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and digital marketing efforts, to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling and on-brand content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, email marketing, and print materials.
- Maintain brand guidelines and ensure all marketing materials adhere to the established brand standards, and conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for brand growth and improvement.
- Assist in planning and coordinating brand-related events, sponsorships, and collaborations to increase brand exposure and strengthen partnerships.
Requisito
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, social media, and content management systems
- Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis is advantageous
- Creative mindset with the ability to think critically and problem-solve
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic graphic design tools is a plus
