- Managing staff, Organizing workflows, Implementing operational policies and procedures, Problem-solving
- Performance evaluation, Process optimization, Training and supervising employees, Reducing operational costs, Monitoring compliance with operational policies.
- Keeping up-to-date with the progress of administrative duties
- Preparing work schedules, assigning workers to shifts, and designating overtime if necessary.
- Ensuring that safety guidelines are followed at all times by workers.
- Supervising subordinates to ensure that they are performing their jobs correctly.
- Managing a team of workers who perform tasks such as picking up supplies, loading and unloading trucks, or performing maintenance on machinery.
- The candidate must be a college/university graduate.
- Applicants should be between 20-29 years old.
- Must be proficient in English.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of work experience is required.
- 2-3 years of related industry experience is preferred.
- Female candidates are preferred for this role.
