Salary: Basic Pay + Commission of up to Php20,000 and still depending on target achievement

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors Degree holder
• At least 5 years of working experience in a car dealership environment
• 3 years managerial role
• Amenable to attend face to face interview
• Amenable to work on site and to work with Monday-Saturday

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• In charge of overseeing the vehicle dealership's general operations
• Reach service and sales goals.
• Keep an eye on key performance indicators (KPIs) like sales volume, profit margins, conversion rates, and client retention.
• Accountable for maintaining the branch's outstanding sales performance and operational effectiveness.
• Other task as assigned
