We are looking for an experienced Operations Team Lead to join our team and support a growing technical account. If you have strong leadership skills and a passion for driving performance, we’d love to hear from you!
Qualifications:
- Strictly a College Graduate of Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or any tech-related course
- More than 2 years of experience as a Team Leader
- Must have experience handling a Technical Account
- Experience managing both Voice and Non-Voice LOBs
- Strong communication, coaching, and performance management skills
- Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and support the team to meet performance metrics and deliver high-quality results for a technical account.
- Oversee daily operations for both voice and non-voice LOBs, ensuring smooth workflow and timely issue resolution.
- Monitor team performance, conduct regular evaluations, and implement improvement plans to maintain operational excellence.
