Oversee and optimize daily operational activities across departments to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Develop, implement, and monitor performance metrics, operational policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Identify process gaps and lead initiatives to improve productivity, reduce costs, and streamline workflows
Collaborate with department heads to align operational goals with organizational objectives
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, legal standards, and internal policies
Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource planning to support operational growth
Provide leadership and mentorship to operations teams, fostering a culture of accountability and performance
Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely execution of strategic initiatives
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders
Evaluate and implement technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of operational management experience.
Skills and Competencies: Strong user operations, problem-solving, analytical, leadership, management, and technical skills.
Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily operations, manage team performance, streamline processes, and ensure quality standards.
