Descrição:

  • Support day-to-day operations and administrative support to operations team
  • Collaborate with operations management to implement solutions and improve efficiency
  • Coordinate with clients inquiries thru emails, calls and face-to-face meetings
  • Provide reports and update regarding the client's requests

Requisito

  • At least 3 years of experience in Operations Management or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be proactive, solution-oriented, and quick to adapt
