Descrição:

Supervise and lead a team of operational staff to ensure effective and efficient operations.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that comply with company standards and objectives.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
Work with management to develop and manage warehouse operations.
Communicate with clients to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
Train and develop staff to improve their performance and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
To perform any other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Requisito

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
Proven experience in operations management or a related role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent leadership and management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
