  • Assist in recruitment processes and onboarding of new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Support payroll and benefits administration.
  • Facilitate employee training and development programs.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Participate in performance management processes.
  • Contribute to a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in HR roles, preferably in recruiting and employee relations.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong skills in recruiting, employee relations, and retention strategies; high attention to detail.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment; standard business hours with potential for occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude in HR practices.
