Descrição:
- Inspection and assessment of project site to get measurements and other technical operational data from client
- Monitoring of project implementation; ensures all standards and specifications are being followed in every site
- Prepares, schedules, coordinates, and monitors work activities on the assigned projects
- Ensures all safety protocols are being met at all sites
- Secures all needed documentation (e.g., project notebook, as-built drawings, commencement letter, and other documents pertinent to the assigned project)
- Maintains an active attitude towards project and client concerns to avoid or lessen delays that might affect company operations
- Provides technical advice and suggestions for the improvement of particular projects
- Acts as the company’s representative and interacts with the client; proper grooming must be met at all times
- Graduate of Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years’ experience
- Amenable to start immediately
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Strong-willed personality
- Self-starter and can work independently
- High ethical standards and ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
- Willing to be assigned at Taguig office or amenable to be assigned at different sites
