You will play a key role in supporting our online community and panel operations.

• Assist in the operation and maintenance of the company's website, blog, and social media fan pages.
• Support the daily activities and engagement of our global research panel.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications for various tasks and reporting.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive experience for our panel members.

• A college graduate, preferably with a degree in Business Management or Social Sciences.
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!
• Has experience or a strong interest in operating websites, blogs, or social media pages (personal or academic projects count!).
• Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to maintain a positive, open-minded, and proactive attitude.
• Interested in web planning and online community management.
• Must be able to start ASAP.
