Key Responsibilities

● Campaign & Event Execution – Coordinate day-to-day deployment of activations tied to campaigns, events, and sponsorships.

● Central Coordination – Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams (e.g. Partnerships, Creative, Marketing Ops) and external suppliers.

● Logistics & Deliverables – Manage all timelines, checklists, and implementation workflows to ensure efficient rollout.

● Production Oversight – Ensure creative and promotional assets (banners, giveaways, signage) are produced, QC'd, and delivered on time.

● Issue Management – Monitor ongoing activations, troubleshoot execution gaps, and escalate issues proactively.

● Partnership Support – Assist Partnerships Lead by ensuring all agreed deliverables (e.g. ambassador appearances, booth presence) are executed smoothly.

● Post-Event Reporting – Prepare performance summaries and insights to optimize future activations.

Requirements

● 5+ years of experience in activations, events, or campaign deployment

● Strong project management skills and attention to detail

● Experience coordinating with creative teams, agencies, and logistics vendors

● Hands-on knowledge of production timelines, delivery QC, and event workflows

● Highly organized, solution-oriented, and calm under pressure

● Bonus: Background in gaming, sports, media, or live marketing preferred
