The Medical Transcriber is responsible for accurately listening to and transcribing voice recordings from healthcare professionals into written medical reports, correspondence, and other documents. The role requires excellent attention to detail, medical terminology knowledge, and confidentiality in handling patient information.

• Listen to and accurately transcribe dictated recordings from physicians and other healthcare providers.
• Edit and proofread transcriptions for grammatical accuracy, clarity, and completeness.
• Ensure all patient information is correctly entered and consistent with medical records.
• Maintain confidentiality of all patient and provider data at all times.
• Review and verify patient details and document formatting according to company or client standards.
• Submit completed transcripts within required timelines.
• Coordinate with medical staff for clarification or corrections when necessary.
