  • The Sales and Service Coordinator assists in supervising and controlling all activities and schedules of the Service Engineers to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality of services and products being supplied are maintained at the highest standard. She is responsible for organizing and planning the service schedule upon acceptance of the quotation and upon receipt of the customer’s Purchase Order (PO).
  • Provides detailed instructions and guidelines to Service Engineers in performing job orders to achieve 100% compliance with quality and delivery performance.
  • Ensures that all job orders are completed on time and that service reports, liquidation expenses, delivery notes, and timesheets are reviewed and checked prior to submission to the Admin/Accounting Assistant for billing and collection.
  • Maintains all Service Engineers' service and productivity reports, to be submitted on a bi-monthly basis.
  • Responsible for in-house and phone inquiries.
  • Responsible for preparing documents for customers such as accreditations, bids, quotes, etc.
  • Assists in collection follow-ups, when necessary.
  • Arranges the type of equipment for approval or inspection to be conducted by NTC whenever necessary.
  • Reports to the VP of Sales and Service on current developments, ongoing changes, and updates regarding customers and competitors.
  • Monitors the performance of service job orders—from receipt of customer inquiry up to service delivery—and identifies bottlenecks or causes of delay for immediate correction and corrective action.
  • Maintains records of job orders (JO) received and monitors them from the date of quotation submission up to order completion.
  • Demonstrates visible commitment and consistent adherence to the Quality Policy and QMS procedures and guidelines.
  • Protects the interests of both the company and its clients.
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned or instructed by the VP of Sales & Service - Maritime
  • Graduate of technical course : Electronics and Communications Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering
  • Computer proficient
  • Strong communication skills for effective reporting and coordination with clients, shipowners, and other stakeholders.
