Because of our rapid growth, we are expanding our team and hiring a high-energy, relationship-driven sales professional who can help new clinics stay active and consistent with Snap.

This is a relationship-focused sales role — not hard closing and not customer service.

About the Role

As a Clinic Growth and Retention Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of new dental clinics. Your mission is to build strong relationships, follow up consistently, and make sure clinics have an excellent experience with Snap.

You will not diagnose dentistry. Any clinical questions are passed directly to our internal specialists.

This role is all about relationship-building, communication, and adding value.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with dentists and office managers

• Follow up frequently via phone, text, and email

• Keep clinics active, engaged, and supported

• Identify opportunities for clinics to send more cases

• Ensure a smooth experience for each clinic

• Track communication and follow-up activity in our internal system

What This Role Requires

• High energy on the phone
• Comfortable making high-volume calls and messages daily
• Confident speaking with professionals
• Strong follow-up instincts
• Competitive and hungry personality
• Ability to build trust quickly
• Strong organization and note-taking skills
• Sales experience is a major plus

Dental industry experience is a bonus but not required (we train you)

• Customer service personalities who avoid phone calls
• Low-output or low-energy individuals
• Anyone who struggles with high-volume outreach
• Anyone who needs heavy supervision

Compensation

• $1,200 per month base salary

• Performance bonuses based on clinic revenue

• On-track earnings of $2,000 to $2,500+ per month

• Uncapped commission

• Paid biweekly

Schedule

• Minimum required hours: 9 AM to 5 PM EST

• Additional hours = more activity = more commissions
