Masaito Development Corporation is looking for a Billing Specialist to join our growing Commercial team. The role is responsible for:

• Monitoring and collecting Real Property Tax (RPT) and Loan Difference balances.
• Sending payment reminders and notices via calls, SMS, email, or courier.
• Preparing Memorandums of Agreement (MOA) for settlement plans.
• Handling delinquent accounts (Bank and Pag-IBIG financed).
• Conducting bank reconciliations and preparing related journal entries.
• Monitoring petty cash, employee cash advances, and monthly income entries.
• Supporting monthly financial reports and account reconciliations.

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis and reporting.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in SAP, strong financial analysis and reporting skills, adept in bill management, and financial planning.
