Descrição:

  • Process and manage vendor debit transactions and pass-through claims accurately
  • Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all transactions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures
  • Assist in month-end closing and reporting as needed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounting, vendor reconciliation, or finance operations
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, QuickBooks, or similar) is a plus
