- Process payroll for employees and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records related to payroll and benefits.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries.
- Coordinate with HR to implement payroll policies and procedures.
- Prepare reports and analysis related to payroll data.
- Assist with audits and ensure confidentiality of employee information.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, or any related field.
- Experience Level: Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll processing.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in payroll software and MS Office; strong analytical skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage payroll processing, ensure compliance with regulations, and address employee inquiries.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
