Descrição:

  • Manage payroll processing for full-time and part-time employees.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Review and validate timesheets and payroll data.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues.
  • Prepare reports and maintain payroll records.
  • Collaborate with HR to resolve employee discrepancies.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Information Technology or Business Administration
  • Experience Level: With at least 6 months of work-related experience (Fresh graduate with promising credentials can be considered)
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; strong communication skills; attention to detail.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Process payroll accurately, maintain employee records, ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours; may require occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Dependable, organized, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
