  • Handle end-to-end US payroll processing, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. 
  • Record and reconcile payroll transactions in Yardi accounting system. 
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate employee compensation data. 
  • Assist in preparing payroll-related journal entries and financial reports. 
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and support audits as needed. 
  • Ensure timely tax filings and resolve payroll discrepancies. 


  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field 
  • 3–5 years of experience in US payroll, with hands-on expertise in Yardi Voyager 
  • Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail 
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal 
  • Creative thinker with the ability to solve problems and suggest process improvements
