Descrição:

  • The Payroll In-Charge is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of payroll processing to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.
  • This role involves maintaining payroll records, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, and coordinating with HR and Finance departments.

Requisito

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field.

Experience:

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in payroll processing or payroll administration.
  • Prior experience handling payroll for a medium to large workforce is an advantage.
  • Experience with government statutory compliance (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR) is essential.

Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with HR, Finance, and employees.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
