Descrição do Trabalho

  • Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll for employees.
  • Maintain accurate records of payroll transactions and employee details.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Support the resolution of payroll discrepancies and issues.
  • Utilize payroll software and tools for data entry, reporting, and analysis.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field
  • 1–2 yrs exp. in payroll or HR/accounting function
  • Skilled in formatting & generating payslips
  • Knowledge of PH labor laws & reporting
  • Proficient in Excel, VLOOKUP & Pivot
  • Detail-oriented, accurate & confidential
