Descrição:

  • Manage payroll processing and ensure accuracy
  • Calculate and prepare payroll reports and tax documents
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll and deductions
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Assist with audits related to payroll
  • Maintain payroll records and documentation
  • Collaborate with HR for employee updates and changes

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: High School/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in payroll or financial account roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong computer literacy, effective communication skills, and prior call center experience.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
