Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of payroll experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in computer software, HR consulting, leadership, and excellent communication.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage payroll processing, ensure compliance, and assist with HR queries.
  • Working Conditions: Hybrid with standard business hours, possible remote work options.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and capable of working under pressure.
