Primarily responsible for the efficient and effective coordination of the performance management process at all levels in accordance with the provisions of the approved Autohub Performance Management System guidelines to support the attainment of company targets and goals and the Autohub Group' vision and mission:

• Activity Coordination and Documentation - Strategic Planning, Operational Planning, Monthly Company/Unit Performance Reviews, Semestral/Annual Company/Unit Performance Evaluation;
• Compliance Monitoring;
• Technical Support - Coaching/ Feedbacking sessions to unit heads;
• Database and Records Maintenance;

• Bachelor's Degree holder in business or any related field;
• Preferably with at least one (1) year experience in Performance Management or Analysis;
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
• Must be proficient in written/verbal communication;
• Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig;
