About the role



We are seeking a skilled Performance Tester to join our team at Indra Philippines, Inc.'. As a Performance Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our software applications. This is a contract role based in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

• Designing and executing performance tests to evaluate the system's ability to handle expected user loads and stress scenarios

• Identifying performance bottlenecks and recommending optimisation strategies

• Collaborating with development teams to implement performance-related improvements

• Documenting test plans, test cases, and performance test results

• Monitoring and analysing system performance metrics

• Providing regular reports and updates on the performance testing efforts

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in performance testing

• Strong knowledge of performance testing methodologies and tools, such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling

• Proficiency in scripting languages like Java, Python, or Groovy

• Experience in analyzing and interpreting performance data and making recommendations

• Familiarity with load balancing, caching, and database optimization techniques

• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
