About the job:

Department: ­Corporate Executive Team (CET)

Reporting to: CEO

Location:  Corporate office

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage all CEO’s itinerary, communications, schedules and meetings
• Taking notes in meetings, updating internal system and required staff/ external parties
• Coordinate the priorities with other members of the organization
• Manage CEO’s transportation, accommodations and special events
• Coordinate and communicate daily and weekly workloads to department leads and teams
• Manage relevant tasks and information within the internal system
• Monitor the corporate dashboards and notify CEO of any alarms/notifications
