Descrição:

  • Accurately pick and pack orders from warehouse shelves using pick lists or scanning systems.
  • Verify product quantities and quality before packing.
  • Label and prepare items for shipment, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, handheld scanners) safely and effectively.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of picking and packing areas.
  • Promptly report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods to supervisors.
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily performance and accuracy goals.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Requisito

  • High school grad
  • Previous experience in a warehouse as picker
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime if needed.
