Responsibilities

• Ensure a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients.
• Conduct individual and group Pilates classes, including mat and equipment-based sessions.
• Assess clients’ posture to create a personalized exercise programs tailored to the needs, fitness capacity and goals of each client.
• Provide clear instructions and demonstrations to ensure clients in performing exercises correctly and safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized workout space, including Pilates equipment.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing motivation and support.

• Certified Pilates instructor (Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair & Barrels)
• STOTT certified or other certification
• Part-time or Full-time
• Can teach private sessions & group classes
• Strong knowledge of Pilates principles, repertoires and techniques
• Trained in areas like rehabilitation, pre/postnatal Pilates, or other workshop is a plus
• Manage to establish and maintain a good rapport and positive relationship with consumers
• Adaptable and thriving in changing environments
• A strong team player

Open to candidates with little or no experience as we're willing to sponsor those who want to progress their pilates teaching career.
