  • Oversee daily production operations and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Coordinate between departments to meet production targets.
  • Manage production schedules and inventory levels.
  • Implement quality control measures to maintain product standards.
  • Train and supervise production staff, fostering a safe work environment.
  • Analyze production data and implement improvements.
  • At least 2 years experience as Plant Supervisor/ Manager in Plastic Manufacturing Industry
  • Willingness to work with a start-up company
  • Knowledgeable in Manpower Staffing / Scheduling
  • Basic knowledge in machine operations like cutting, extruder and printing machine
  • Basic knowledge in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Willing to work in Valenzuela
