GENERATOR TECHNICIAN - Meycauayan Bulacan - Direct Hiring

Scope of Work:

Installation and Setup:

• Install and set up new generators and other Roadsky machines and products.
• Configure and calibrate equipment to meet specifications and operational requirements.
• Conduct demonstrations and usage training for clients on-site or in the warehouse.
• Ensure proper functionality and integration with existing systems.
• Install new electrical components, including wiring, circuit breakers, outlets, and lighting systems.

Maintenance:

• Test all newly arrived generators, Roadsky machines, and electronic products to ensure performance.
• Create reports for all tested products.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure longevity.
• Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on electrical systems, wiring, lighting, and equipment.
• Monitor electrical systems and suggest improvements for energy efficiency and performance.

Repair and Troubleshooting:

• Repair returned generators and other products, requesting parts if necessary.
• Repair after-sales inventory and return it to the warehouse for resale.
• Diagnose and repair faults or malfunctions in equipment and systems.
• Test repaired equipment to ensure proper operation and compliance with safety standards.
• Create technical reports for all repaired items.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues in machinery and building systems.

Documentation:

• Keep detailed records of all service, maintenance, and repair activities.
• Prepare reports on equipment performance and service history.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports of inspections and repairs.

Product Demo/Training:

• Upgrade product knowledge for generators and other Roadsky products, including specifications and operations.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions onsite or inhouse.

Customer Service:

• Communicate with clients, sales engineers, and other employees via phone, message, or email for inquiries and assistance.

Work Onsite:

• Work at various locations to carry out repairs or provide demonstrations as needed.
• Travel to sites using public transport, or accompany the delivery team or sales engineers as required.

Other Tasks:

• Perform additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
• Assist with signage fabrication tasks when urgent requirements arise.

Compliance and Safety:

• Adhere to all safety regulations and industry standards while performing tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to prevent accidents and ensure efficiency.
