JOB TITLE: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES (NON VOICE)

• Provide excellent customer service over Email and chat communications.
• Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely manner.
• Promote and sell company products through effective sales pitching.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and service efficiency.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: At least Senior High School/ High School graduate
• Experience Level: 6 months experience in BPO/Customer Service
• Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English Language, Customer Service expertise, Sales Pitching and Closure, Organizational Skills, Interpersonal Skills, and familiarity with Call Centre operations
