As a Process Improvement Specialist in our dynamic team, you will be working in close collaboration with the Quality Manager and Group Data Protection Officer. Your role is pivotal in engaging with departmental process owners across the organization and forging strong cross-functional relationships. This position involves developing and optimizing processes, facilitating knowledge transfer on process improvements, conducting basic data analysis, and assisting in tasks related to data privacy, with a focus on aligning these aspects with both local and international standards.

Job Functions:

1. Process Development:

• Work closely with process owners to understand and map out existing procedures.
• Benchmark against industry best practices, with a focus on both local and global standards.
• Research and develop new processes, incorporating findings and data-driven insights.
• Enhance current processes to align with industry and local regulatory standards.
• Document new procedures and effectively communicate them to all relevant stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders for successful process development.

2. Process Improvement:

• Regularly conduct process audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement, with attention to local regulatory requirements.
• Utilize Lean Six Sigma and other methodologies for process optimization.
• Propose and implement solutions for identified process gaps.
• Periodically review and assess the impact of implemented process improvements.
• Manage stakeholder expectations effectively during periods of process change.

3. Training and Implementation Support:

• Lead training sessions on process improvements, tailored to diverse stakeholder groups.
• Participate in the creation of engaging and informative training materials.
• Provide support during the implementation phase of new or enhanced procedures.
• Gather and analyze feedback from training participants to continuously improve training effectiveness.

4. Data Analysis:

• Employ various data analysis tools to evaluate process performance.
• Analyze data to develop strategies for process enhancement.

5. Data Privacy Support:

• Assist in data privacy tasks, guided by the Group Data Protection Officer. 
• Registration and Reporting to NPC 
• Develop infographics and other materials related to data privacy.
• Ensure that all processes comply with the company’s data privacy policies and Data Privacy Act of 2012 and other data protection related laws
