Descrição:

Supervises the day to day monitoring of importation and locally purchased materials for use of project sites. Ensures that all supply chain procedures are followed efficiently and standards are met.
Accountable for preparing and monitoring items that are needed to be replenished and bought from principals.
Ensures that all warehouse has enough supply by forecasting the safety stock level as well as allocating stocks per warehouse.
Monitors all purchases bought from foreign and local suppliers by coordinating with warehouse team and follow through communications with the supplier.
Performs conversion of materials for made-to-order jobs to be used by fabrication team to ensure efficient flow of all fabrication related processes.
Ensures movement of all items are properly documented and in line with the records of the system.
Conducts necessary sales order and transfer order to clients and stakeholders.
Responsible for filing all released and processed documents such as but not limited to Warehouse Return Slips (WRS) and alike for audit and future references.
Responsible for monitoring of all items requested for pull out and return are properly processed and documented.
Communicates with brokers for all needed documents for processing of imported items to ensure smooth flow of the supply processes.
Ensures computed rates for duties, taxes, and other charges are correct.
Responsible for monitoring the status of arrived containers to prevent demurrage and storage charges.
Ensures monitoring and documentation of procurement expenses such as but not limited to manpower for unloading, rent for equipment, etc. incurred periodically (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually)
Responsible for the preparation of procurement team's annual budget proposal.

Requisito

Must be a graduate of any course
Must have at least two (2) years supervisory experience in procurement or any related field, preferably in construction industry
Must be proficient in standard office applications such as document and spreadsheet application
Must be able to perform detailed work related to purchasing with judgment, accuracy, integrity, confidentiality and promptness
Must have the following skill sets: organization, communication (oral and written), interpersonal, problem solving, negotiation, critical thinking, analytical thinking and time management
Must be detail oriented
