TANGGapp is looking for an experienced Product Lead to shape the future of its product. Responsibilities

• Develop Product Vision and Strategy: Lead the overall product strategy, aligning it with business goals. Set a clear vision for product growth and innovation.
• Product Roadmap Ownership: Define and manage the long-term roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and market opportunities. Communicate the roadmap effectively to stakeholders, and ensure it reflects the needs of users and the business.
• Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead a cross-functional product team, working closely with engineering, design, and marketing. Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability within your team.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data, market trends, and user feedback to inform strategic decisions. Prioritize product features based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with company goals.
• Continuous Discovery: Oversee user research to ensure the product meets the evolving needs of users and the market. Identify opportunities for innovation and product improvement.
• Metric Tracking: Define key success metrics and ensure they are met through continuous iteration. Measure the effectiveness of product initiatives through data analysis.

• 5-7 years of relevant work experience with at least 2 years in product management.
• Proven experience in leading product in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably in fintech or emerging markets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience working across functions, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer success.
• Ability to develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy, while also being hands-on in executing it.
• Skilled in using data and analytics to inform decision-making and measure success.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to make informed decisions in a dynamic startup environment.
• Passion for fintech and financial inclusion, with a willingness to get involved in any task to ensure the success of the team and the product.
