Descrição:
- Drives the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer, following a human-centered design approach
- Shapes and manages the product roadmap and product backlog and ensures the product team consistently deliver on the clients' needs and wants
- Validates and tests ideas through recurrent feedback loops to ensure knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes
- Work with the business architect and other planners to assess current capabilities and identify high level customer requirements
- Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases
- Set up and maintain the Requirements and Traceability deliverable
- Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases to the designers and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements
- Assist in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product performance, user acceptance, and operational acceptance testing
- Participate in quality management reviews, in particular reviews of the designs, prototypes, and other requirements work products to ensure they fulfill the requirements
- Serve as a resource for the change enablement team as they evaluate training and performance support needs and design the training and performance support products
Requisito
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in Agile software development environment
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing product backlogs and delivering products on time and within budget
- Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and techniques is a plus
- Certification in Agile or Product Management is desirable
