Role Outline:

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Product Manager with at least 5 years of experience in the FinTech industry. You'll be a hands-on leader, driving our product vision from strategy to execution. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and a deep understanding of the customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Development: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle. You'll translate business needs into clear strategies, writing detailed PRDs and BRDs to guide development. You'll define the product roadmap and oversee feature, bug, and release management.
• Technical Leadership: Serve as a lead developer on key projects, contributing directly to the codebase. You'll act as a final escalation point for technical issues, performing in-depth research and troubleshooting.
• Customer & Stakeholder Management: Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers, joining calls to answer complex questions. You'll conduct customer interviews to gain firsthand insights and partner with internal stakeholders like sales, engineering, and legal to align priorities.
• Project & Quality Management: Oversee project management for various initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams. You'll manage relationships with external vendors, perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and provide comprehensive documentation of test cases and defect resolution.
• Security & Operations: Manage and respond to security questionnaires from customers. You'll research and document product capabilities and develop internal tools to streamline team workflows.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Engineering).
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in the FinTech industry.
• Demonstrated ability to drive a product from ideation to launch.
• Strong technical background with experience contributing to codebases.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge of security protocols and experience responding to security questionnaires is a plus.
