Overview:

• Responsible for managing, developing, and promoting the company’s security solutions portfolio.
• This role ensures that products and services are well-positioned in the market, aligned with customer needs, and competitive within the industry.
• The Product Officer collaborates with sales, marketing, and technical teams to drive product growth and business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the lifecycle of security solution products (hardware, software, and integrated systems).
• Research and analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
• Assist in product planning, pricing strategies, and positioning.
• Provide technical knowledge and support to the sales team for client presentations and proposals.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for product updates, training, and certifications.
• Develop product documentation, presentations, and training materials.
• Support marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events to promote security solutions.
• Monitor product performance, sales results, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Conduct product training and knowledge-sharing sessions for internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards for all solutions offered.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience in product management, product support, or sales in industry.
• Knowledge of security solutions (CCTV, access control, alarm systems, cybersecurity tools, etc.) is an advantage, but not required
• Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.
