Supervise and lead production staff to ensure daily targets are met.
Assign tasks and monitor work performance to maintain efficiency and quality.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and food handling standards.
Monitor the use of materials, equipment, and manpower to minimize waste and downtime.
Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams to resolve production issues.
Train and mentor production workers to improve skills and productivity.
Prepare and submit reports on production output, issues, and recommendations.

At least a Vocational, Technical, or Bachelor’s degree in any course.
With previous experience in production, manufacturing, or warehouse operations (experience in cold storage or food industry is an advantage).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and overtime if required.
