- Oversees product quality on both raw materials and finished goods
- Assembles products compliant with parts and part numbers
- Inspects units for defects and repairs through suitable procedure
- Processes quality products using area tools
- Monitors products and communicates needs to area leadership
- Prepares products for shipment
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time
- With or without experience, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- Vision: 20/20 vision with or without corrective lenses or glasses.
- Height: At least 4’8” - 5’6” (machine requirement).
- Color vision: Not colorblind (due to color sorting).
- Education: At least junior high school or ALS pass.
- Physical fitness: Must be physically fit.
- Medical history: No medical conditions or comorbidities such as asthma, hypertension, PTB, cancer, etc.
- Relocation: Willing to relocate to Malvar, Batangas (if coming from another province).
- Emotional and financial readiness: Must be physically, emotionally, and financially prepared upon accepting the job offer.
