Descrição:

  • Oversees entire operations of the station while ensuring Forecourt Team Members are catering to customers according to approved service quality standards;
  • Analyze performance of the station and justify rise or dip in sales
  • Contribute to sales and volume targets by carrying out sales and marketing functions
  • Generate new accounts and maintain good business relationships with existing accounts
  • Submit departmental reports as scheduled (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Monitor pricing in the area to ensure competitive pricing is implemented in the station
  • Report any incidents that may impact station operations
  • Preserve site image and facilities by keeping the area clean and reporting concerns affecting functionality
  • Secure and safeguard cash sales of the station
  • Ensure continuous product supply through proper forecasting and timely ordering based on historical data
  • Handle and effectively resolve customer complaints
  • Receive products in accordance with approved policies and procedures
  • Train new members of the Forecourt Team and monitor their performance
  • Process renewal of business permits and related licenses necessary for continuous station operations
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time
  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • With at least 1–2 years of experience in the customer service industry
  • With at least 1 year of managerial experience and manpower handling
  • Trustworthy and with unquestionable integrity
  • Extensive computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and POS systems
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to effectively lead a team
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Willing to be assigned in Multinational Access Road, Sto. Niño Parañaque City (Phoenix Gasoline Station)
