- Provide in-depth product knowledge to clients and team members.
- Assist in product demonstrations, support sales team, and gather customer feedback.
- Manage product lifecycle from conception to launch.
- Assist in market research and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials.
- Conduct training sessions for sales and support staff.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback for product improvements.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience needed; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of commercial products, excellent communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional travel for product showcases.
