- Develop and implement IT compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with IT teams to identify compliance risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance issues and best practices.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting IT compliance.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in IT compliance or related area.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of IT compliance frameworks and regulations.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Working Conditions: Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
